Made with figs grown on the Isle of Wight we have worked alongside our good friends at the Isle of Wight Distillery makers of Mermaid Gin to create a chutney to compliment their new Fig based winter gin. Fantastic alongside cheese or some cold cuts and of course a Gin and Tonic.
